Job Description

  • Execution and fulfillment of the export sales annual targets for the geographical area.
  • Satisfying clients’ needs starting from placing an order and until the products are sold.
  • Manages key client and customer relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct visits to different major accounts/customers, introducing the company products, suggesting new promotional offers relevant to the business.
  • Maintaining reporting system for the monthly, quarterly and yearly budget comparisons between the actual and the forecasts.
  • Representing the company in all internal and external events, exhibitions, trade visits and seminars related to the company's exports.
  • Maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
  • Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions and maintaining clients’ satisfaction
  • Responsible for the monthly shipping schedules subdivided into countries and products.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining the client database using the CRM software and customer service channels of market distribution and end-user preferences.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of a Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any similar discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export.
  • Strong Sales Closure.
  • New Market Entry Experience.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Ceramic industry experience is preferable.
