Job Description
- Follow up the implementation of periodic maintenance work according to for Engineering Utilities machines (Air conditioning AHUs, boilers, fire pumps, cooling towers and water pumps for cooling towers and Chillers) & follow up Production Maintenance, operation and Project Coordination with relative project contractors.
- Follow-up to the operation of utilities machines to make sure they are in normal condition according to the daily schedule.
- To deal with sudden faults machines and to find alternatives and appropriate solutions according to each case.
- Manufacture the necessary private facilities machines parts both internal and external for workshop.
- The application of the rules of GMP during the implementation of maintenance work..
- Follow-up maintenance work to machines engineering.
- Internal training for maintenance technicians and supervisors on ways to perform maintenance depending of SOP’s.
- Preparation of technical reports with respect to the previous items according to business requirements.
- Preparation of studies and requests for special purchase machines engineering .
- Commitment health & safety rules and environmental requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering is required .
- Experience from 5-7 years of experience at the same role .
- Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing background is preferred .
- Excellent user of Microsoft office programme .
- AutoCAD user is required.
- 6th October resident and nearby are preferred .
