• Responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety policies and procedures as well as those for other products

• Supervising daily inspection operations to ensure quality and verify that all products meet required standards.

• Writing, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for quality assurance programs.

• Supporting internal review processes through continuous improvements, best practices, and teamwork.

• Leading the development and implementation of food product safety fundamentals, food safety plans, and quality plans.

• Accountable for administrative non-compliance and executing corrective actions to document all corrective measures and close pending actions promptly.

• Ensuring compliance with environmental, regulatory, and corporate standards. Investigating and identifying root causes of any non-compliance, team investigation.

• Responsible for a safe work environment by developing strategies focused on reducing accidents, as well as energy and waste reduction.

• Identifying quality management training opportunities.
