Job Description

Job Context: Showrooms Manager - Manufacturing, kitchen design industry - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities 

  • Oversee daily operations of two kitchen design showrooms.
  • Ensure showrooms maintain high presentation standards.
  • Coordinate promotional strategies with marketing to enhance showroom traffic.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop showroom teams to meet sales targets and improve performance.
  • Organize and conduct staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Manage recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations for staff.
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships; manage high-level customer complaints.
  • Oversee inventory, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and trends.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
  • Manage branch budgets and control expenses.
  • Produce detailed reports on showroom performance, sales, and staff productivity.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a retail or showroom setting, with a preference for kitchen design or home improvement industry experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple locations or showrooms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; familiarity with design software is a plus.
  • High organizational and time management skills.
