Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Taking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replacing parts as required.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Setting up necessary requirements to run internal workflow systems.
- Working continuously on a task until completion.
- Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation.
- Design, install and configure internal servers, network devices and firewall.
- Proactively manage and maintain servers, network and firewall.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven working experience as a technical support.
- Proven working experience in Network & System administration.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
- Professional with Microsoft outlook and email services.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
