Job Description

  • Overseeing and managing a team of Sales Managers.
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets.
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace .
  • Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets to keep the company competitive and innovative.
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
  • Maximizing company profit Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and demand.
  • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Interacts with senior management levels which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters related to the clients.
  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.
  • Plan and direct sales team training. Any other tasks need.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in leading a sales team
  • Previous experience in senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
