Job Description

  • Troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing IT hardware equipment (Desktops, Laptops, IP Phones, Access Points , Routers, Finger print, security cams & printers).
  • Installing, configuring & supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Installing, Configure & Administrate Elastix VOIP System.


Job Requirements

Prefered to be 
  • CCNA , CWNA or equivalent certificate , 
  • Certified MSCA, MCSE and MCITP

Must have
  • Solid understanding of PBX Call Center Elastix OS
