Job purpose:
- To achieve sales targets of designated products Payroll Contracts ,NTB accounts, Accounts Documents Fulfillment , cross sell assets products and motivate other sales staff to achieve their goals.
Key accountability:
GENERIC ACCOUNTIBALITIES
Payroll Business developing and implementing marketing plans to acquiring new customers, keeping old ones, and generally achieving and surpassing sales goals of ABK`s Products & services
People management Manage, motivate and develop individual employees and the team in line with people policies & practices. Communicate operational procedures.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Acquisition New Payroll contracts & Accounts
- Business networking Maintain contact with key potential clients &to have visits to these customers on quarterly basis
- Marketing &Presentations Skills for Payroll proposition to achieve new payroll contracts & sales of ABK's Assets products and services
- Cross selling Promote ABK assets products and services throw effective cross selling techniques
- Sales increase assets penetration ratios on companies portfolios in line with sales plans and budgets
- Relationship management: Will be the company focal point “Account manager “ at ABK to provide customer service at all stages and handle company inquires and trouble shoots .
- Date Process: Complete credit applications then follow through to obtain the salary continuation certificate & required documentation
- Complaints Management: Handle issues raised by companies as part of relationship management
- Product Knowledge: Answer queries about ABK`s products & services and provide client reassurance & consultations
