Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with department’s plans and communicate them to subordinates.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Follow up on subordinates’ tasks through reports.
- Troubleshooting all issues and implement strategic solutions in timely manner.
- Set a plan for the quarterly required spare parts.
- Delivering invoices and follow up on the collection process.
- Responsible for devices maintenance as well as supervising the workflow inside the workshop.
- Conduct contract meetings to identify issues and client requirements and obtain Technician team input on timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with management and clients about contractual issues.
- Review contractual performance to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.
- Provide guidance on contracts to staff and managers.
- Work with other teams on contract financial requirements.
