Job Description
- Attends to the on- site installation , activation and start up in production.
- Serves as customer facing technical resource and works in collaboration.
- Identifies possible problems and define appropriate corrective actions.Identifies and minimizes potential risk.
- Collects details information ,performs through problem analysis and determine the most effective method of resolution.
- Provide on call support coverage, if requested.
- Logs all support interactions in the system.
- Implements approved systems modifications & application upgrades in collaboration with staff.
- Prepares activity reports on support activities.
- other duties as assigned.
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of:
- MS windows 7, XP & windows server.
- IIs, FTP.
- LAN infrastructure and protocols.
- LAN/WAN networking.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer.
- Fluent English (French Plus is prefer )
- Able to travel abroad.
- 5+ years solid experience.
- Experience with ( workstations,Server,Printers & Networks).
- Very good customer service skills , expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving complex computer related problems.
