Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer responsible to:
- Provide enterprise-level assistance to our employees, that will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our employees install applications and programs.
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Resolve network issues, configure operating systems and use remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
- Use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
- Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical support role, If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues.
- Work with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
- Update self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
- Test and fix-faulty equipment
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of computer engineering /communication / computer science
- Experience from 1-3 years in same field
- Courses: CCNA –Preferred certified
- MCSA Preferred certified
- Have knowledge in administrator mikrotik
- Have knowledge support windows ,Linux, mac
- Have knowledge in firewall management
