Job Description
- Taking a proactive role in the formulation of future strategic objectives for the Hospital.
- Developing high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Establish annual operating plans that support the strategic direction established by the Board of Directors within the framework of the annual operating budgets.
- Developing the organizational structure to ensure accountability of all departments and staff for fulfilling the mission, objectives and strategic plan of the Hospital.
- Focus on continued business development, physician relations, quality services, and fiscal accountability.
- Final review of the annual hospital budget before the presentation to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- Ensure the organization is running smoothly and efficiently in accordance with the organization business development plans & objectives.
- Build strong relationships with the greater medical community.
- Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting
- Work closely with the human resource department to ensure hire and retain qualified staff.
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree at least.
- Proven experience as CEO.
- Ability to analyze complex policy issues, draw correct conclusions and articulate a clear and focused policy.
- A visionary strategist with the ability to lead.
