Job Description
- Education Service Advisor is responsible for managing educational programmes provided to learners from different ages and ensuring that they receive the right service.
Tasks:
- Meet learners/parents and orient them about services.
- Run entry tests for learners.
- Advise parents/learners about the right educational path.
- Enroll learners in the educational programme.
- Supervise junior staff.
- Coordinate with teachers their schedule.
- Support teachers with administrative support, if needed.
- Ensure learners/parents are satisfied with the service provided through surveys and meetings.
Job Requirements
- Good command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of IT applications.
- Can work as a part of a team.
- Able to supervise fellow junior team members.
