Job Description
- Overall management of all company retail activities and the associated business unit (BU)
- Act as Administrative Manager to all country-based functions,
- Monitor of all operational processes and ensure they are efficient and in line with company guidelines.
- Unannounced location visits, check the relevant operational competencies.
- Understand any possible issues and collaborate with functional managers for solutions.
- Manage any escalated issues to resolution or raise to Line Manager and relevant function if not resolved.
- Work with Function heads in Headquarters to ensure harmony between central based strategy and procedures and territory level requirements
- Delegate tasks to the responsible function managers & specialists
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 10+ years of experience in the retail industry (experience within international brands is highly preferred)
- 5 years at least of experience in a managerial position
- Solid knowledge of implementing expansion plans
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Age from 35-45 Max
- Ability to travel outside Egypt when needed
- Ability to run stores visits for 3 days/week
