Job Description
- Determines / co-operates in the determination of the business strategy and executes / secures its implementation
- Acquires / supports the acquisition of new business and supports the account management
- Promotes customer's relation and develops the existing client base
- Directs / supports the business development process (tender analysis, solution design, costing, pricing and service offering)
- Monitors market trends and competitor activity in order to identify new business opportunities (acquisition candidates, new services, business partners, etc.)
- Provide market and product related information as/when required
- Co-operates in the development and implementation of business operation and reporting systems
- Promotes the development of talent and initiates business field specific training & development to ensure continuous improvement of staff skills levels
- Build a second line of successors & develop them to be ready for future roles
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required - Technical or Engineering discipline is preferable.
- Sales experience to the Oil and Gas market is a must.
- Very good in English (speaking & writing)
- Excellent in computer-skills
- Proven ability to work with technical resources and sales management.
- Able to Communicate and make strong connection within the accounts at the different layers.
- The successful candidate must be able to work in multiple threads at the same time and work under pressure.
- Experience in the petroleum industry (pipelines & drilling)
- Confident in operating independently when necessary
