Job Description
- Oversee day to day operations.
- Manage all employees.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans.
- Ensure company policies are being followed by all employees.
- Follow up on employees' performance and create action plans when needed.
- Oversee financial aspects including expenses, revenue, budgeting (marketing, expenses, events), etc.
- Maintaining strategic plans for business growth.
Job Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a managerial position in a training company (Corporate, and public), and preferably has a background in children and teens' development programs (schools or private sectors).
- preferably has Master's Degree, MBA or others
- Able to follow up with marketing plans and implementation
- Excellent fluency in English
- Great presentation skills
- Great communication skills
