About the Job
  • Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform
    determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Ability
    and creativity to integrate and effectively use all social media channels highly
    common among online communities
  • Tracking ad budgets, A/B testing ad creative, keyword research, setting up
    audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
  • Keep abreast with industry trends, new platforms and digital advertising
    techniques and latest technologies
  • Perform digital advertising audits
  • Responsible for monitoring Social Media channels, and online replies to
    customers ( Our Brand 's moderation guidelines)
  • Monitoring on-going campaigns and ensure their optimum performance
  • Work with designers and creative agency to ensure content is informative and
  • Define most important social media KPIs and ROI
  • Identify target audiences and analyzing their attributes, behavior and media
    consumption habits
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate,
    increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Develop brand awareness , generate inbound traffic and cultivate sales and leads
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Preparing insightful campaigns reports..
Job Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • 3-5 years experience is a must
  • Advertising Agency Experience will be preferred
  • An expert on creating ads and campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge about Facebook, Instagram , YouTube, Snapchat, , Twitter & all social channels
  • SEO Experience
  • Experience with social media, Google Ad-words and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Know how to research relevant keywords and use analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Google AdWords Certified
  • Well knowledge about all digital marketing abbreviations.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools , application , channels , design and strategy
  • Have good communication skills, self-learning ability, ability to analyze, solve and summarize problems.
  • Good in Excel and analysis data skill
