About the Job
  • Achieve increase in number of key accounts and brand visibility of company products.
  • Manage all customers in the modern trade sector (Hardware stores, Hyper Markets and online sales channels)
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives (if applicable).
  • Achieve growth and hits sales targets by successfully managing modern trade sales channel (Hardware stores, Hyper Markets and online sales channels)
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
