About the Job

Our client is a Multinational company in the Packaging Technology industry and they're looking for an Area After Sales Manager to work in the MENA region with the following roles:

Position Summary:

Support the After Sales Services team. Provide customers with excellent technical and commercial support and ensure complete satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enable and maintain relationship with customers within defined region.
  • Within this area, identify the needs of existing customers.
  • Coordination of offer, order, and delivery processes for spare parts and modifications.
  • Preparation and follow-up of commercial documents (offer, invoice etc.).
  • Coordinating delivery of goods/spare parts, and field service activities.
  • Assessing customer needs, consulting and explaining goods and services.
  • Proactive portfolio promoter in consulting extended Value Added Services.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction of provided services and help resolving any arising problems.
  • Reporting to sales management on sales figures and the marketability of goods and services within the region.
  • Release visit reports
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English & Arabic, French and/or German are an advantage
  • SAP Experience
  • Good technical understanding related to the Packaging industry sector is an asset
  • Excellent customer management skills, strong interpersonal skills. Professional appearance.
  • French basic for communication; German language proficiency is an asset.
  • Good communication skills to different levels externally and internally.
  • Ability to handle conflicts and escalations.
  • Willing to travel frequently (50%).
