Job Description
- Supervises on the payroll team that includes senior administrator and two administrators. - Reviews monthly salary transfer reports & headcount report.
- Revises on the monthly payroll of Raya Contact Center.
- Resolves payroll related issues of Raya Contact Center employees.
- Communicates regularly with the bank with regards to processing transactions as well as resolving any related issues.
- Ensures the implementation of any payroll related changes.
- Handles employees’ salary inquiries.
- Resolves payroll related escalations
- Resolves bank related issues such as recreating debit cards for employees in case of losing them.
- Uses the company’s systems such as Connect Zone and HITS for payroll related tasks.
- Ensures the compilation of payroll related data from the Operations department and employees’ direct managers.
- Maintains, prepares and processes payroll for organization personnel
- Compiles payroll-related data from Operations Department & Employees Managers (e.g. Monthly Variables, Quarter Variables, Bonus, Overtime, Deductions & Penalties)
- Migrates payroll related data to HITS-HR System
- Includes the data of newly hired, resigned & transferred employees on HITS-HR System
- Prepares the monthly changes sheet, monthly changes file & generates payroll related reports for Raya Holding C&B Representative audit
- Generates monthly salary transfer reports & Headcount report to be signed by the HR Manager
- Uploads the salary transfers reports on the online banking system of HSBC Bank. prepares AAIB Bank transfers and follows up till the authorizations are done
- Follows up with the banks till the salaries are transferred to the employees’ accounts
- Handles employees’ salary inquiries
- Issue HR Letters & Loan Requests for employees
- Audits on Egycare's quarter invoice and issues the payment request.
- Prepares Social Insurance Form No. 2
- Revises monthly Debit Notes issued by Raya Holding to be signed by the HR Supervisor (e.g. Social Insurance Debit Notes)
- Revises quarterly on the variance between the social insurance tracking sheet and social insurance print out - Supervises the Personnel & Medical Insurance function
- Audits on the Personnel tracking sheets: Contracts, Medical Insurance, Social Insurance, Access Cards, mobile deductions & Warning Letters) -
- Maintains, prepares and processes payroll for organization personnel
- Audits on employees attendance in the Employee Attendance Books and revise them with the Security Attendance Books
- Compiles payroll-related data from Operations Department & Employees Managers (e.g. Monthly Variables, Quarter Variables, Bonus, Overtime, Deductions & Penalties)
- Migrates payroll related data to HITS-HR System
- Includes the data of newly hired employees on HITS-HR System
- Updates the data of resigned employees on HITS-HR System
- Prepares the monthly changes sheet, monthly changes file & generates payroll related reports for Raya Holding C & B Representative audit
- Follows up with Raya Holding till the finalization of the audit
- Generates monthly salary transfer reports & Headcount report to be signed by the HR Manager
- Uploads the salary transfers reports on the online banking system and follows up till the authorizations are done
- Follows up with the banks till the salaries are transferred to the employees’ accounts
- Prepares monthly payroll analysis for Finance Department (e.g. Accruals)
- Prepares Profit & Loss analysis for the Operations Department
- Handles employees’ salary inquiries
- Prepares salary raise letters & Updates their salary packages on HITS-HR System
- Handles employees’ complaints, concerns and communicates them to the HR Manager
- Supervises the Personnel & the Medical Insurance functions for C3 employees (e.g. Contracts, Social Insurance, HR Letters, Loan Requests, …etc)
- Conducts Investigations with concerned parties and recommends actions to the HR Manager
- Revises Debit Notes issued by Raya Holding and Raya Contact Center to be signed by the HR Manager

Handles the logistics of the headsets for C3 (e.g. Providing Supervisors with Headsets, keeping track of all headsets purchased)
- Responsible for passing the Inventory Audit Check with the Free Zone Authorities regarding the company’s headsets
- Responsible for the YAT/Ministry of Communication & Information Technology training program
Job Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of business experience in the human resources field.
- Experience in the compensation & benefits function (preferable).
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources.
