Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Schedule meetings for participants in a project
- Assist the project manager in his/ her daily tasks
- File project documents, Create expense reports and Manage employee calendars
- Work with the research and development team, Collect information for summary documents
- Write meeting minutes
- Prepare presentations and tables for meetings
- Monitor project deadlines closely
- Track project changes and Report issues to project managers and other personnel related to a project
Job Requirements
