Job Description
- Sell company’s real estate products using negotiation.
- Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through all possible channels.
- Achieve agreed upon Sales targets within the required time frame.
- Coordinate sales activities with team members to achieve efficient outcome.
- Provide direct manager/management with required reports on customer needs, issues, requirements and potential products.
- Get updates on real estate market trends and products.
- Be aware of the most recent sales practices and promotional activities.
- Submit orders by referring to published price list.
- Submit the required reports on client calls and daily/weekly/monthly plans.
- Solve customer complaints by investigating the issue, propose solution and make recommendations to the manager.
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales in Kuwait.
- Kuwait Driving license.
- Kuwait residence.
- Know the Egyptian real estate market.
- Ability to lead and develop a marketing plan.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
- Willingness to work from different locations is needed.
- Excellent Customer Orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast paced set-up.
