Job Description
- Administering compensation and benefit.
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conducting employee on boarding and help plan training & development.
- Responsible for all the hiring documents and insurance of the employee from the first day he joined the company.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of personnel, communications, and policy administration.
- Typically, an HR generalist is needed to assist an established HR department with daily operations to ensure nothing is overlooked.
