Job Description
- Responsible for acting as a collaboration between Client 'PM' and the Supplier.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Sales and Marketing teams.
- Document customer interactions effectively.
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Arabic and English.
- Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to customer and answering questions).
- Excellent computer skills & Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word and Excel is a must).
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Information Technology back ground is a plus.
