Participate in the LLD document generation as per the supplied HLD and SOW in light of vendor’s standards.
Participate in developing project implementation schedule as per project SOW.
Follow the project plan in deploying the implementation of Large-Scale projects upon the agreed plan & Scope of work.
Perform project(s)’ Configuration as per its LLD proficiently & according to vendor’s Standards.
Prepare Pre-Engagement & Project Closure presentations.
Develop & execute the project’s acceptance criteria and test plan.Conduct the quality assurance & testing in light of the acceptance criteria.
Provide a full Technical documentation of the implemented projects.Prepare task status report as required.
Efficiently respond to the escalated problems within the time agreed on the SLA (Service level Agreement).
Competently Troubleshoot and Solve the escalated problems within the time agreed on the SLA.Follow the proper Escalation Matrix if the Problem is of a higher level or still persists.
Participate in High Level Technical Value Add-On Services such as network assessment.
Advise on configuration optimization for maximum uptime and performance.Fulfill personal development plan.
Participate in technical and non-technical know-how transfer with the team.
Perform all assigned tasks from the direct manager within the scope of department.

2-5 years of similar experience.CCNA- R&S, CCNA-DC or CCNA-Wireless is a must.
Professional level in networking technologies.
Hands-on experience on Cisco routers, switches, wireless and network management products.
Solid Knowledge of TCP/IP.
Solid Knowledge of network Protocols.
Solid Knowledge of Technical reports writing.
