Job Description
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Receive Clients' requirements and follow-up
- Manage internal office daily duties.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position is a plus
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Fluent English is a must
- Confident user of Microsoft
- AUC, GUC, MSA graduates.
- Presentable
- Client Focus, Client Service
- Attention to details ,Professionalism
- College Study MUST be in English.
- Lives in El-Sheikh Zayed City or nearby.
- Previous Experience in the same field is a plus.
