Job Description
- Analyze sales reports and provides feedback to the sales team regarding monthly / quarterly and annual target achievements.
- Analyzes sales data and provides performance reports related to product segment, product family, customer, area, and profit margin, to Segment Managers
- Provides statistical information about item sales on customer and area level, to help improve product mix sold and product range optimization.
- Help the sales team and production planner to manage customer orders and stocks.
- Assists in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team.
- Researches and evaluates current market and economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products (by evaluating market data).
- Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends.
- Help management to plan promotions by taking into consideration available stocks, and production output.
- Analyzes outcome of promotions and marketing campaigns and calculates ROI.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with people to get things done.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the use of sales forecasting software.
- Possesses knowledge of the industry or market in which he or she is conducting analyses.
- Exhibits ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Speaks confidently and articulately in front of a group.
- Possesses strong math skills.
