Job Description
Position Overview: Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, coordination of investor relations activities and develop the Company’s initial investor relations strategy.
The main responsibilities of an Investor Relations Manager are:
- Data analysis.
- Responsible for evaluating company investment options.
- Building and managing financial models and preparing investment recommendations.
- Researches and analyses developments across functional areas.
- Presentations and data visualization.
- Information collection/preparation.
- Investor event preparation.
- Responsible for creating and delivering all investor relations materials.
- Arrange and coordinate analyst and investors meetings at the Company offices and field operations to provide pertinent information to the financial community.
- Initiate and respond to written, telephone and email inquiries from members of the financial community.
- Develop ideas for improving investor relations.
- Provide feedback to senior management as to the expected reaction from the investment community from proposed transactions, corporate planning/budgeting and operating results.
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business required (finance or accounting).
- At least 3 years of finance experience or consulting required.
- Language: Good command of English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).
- Computer Skills: MS Word Skills Professional - MS Excel Skills Professional - MS PowerPoint Professional - MS Outlook Professional.
- Strong communication skills (one-on-one, writing skills, presentation skills).
- Detail oriented.
- Have a high sense of urgency.
