Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Track progress with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
- Craft clear product marketing copy
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services
- Assist the DMI in updating and analyzing both market competition and profit of potential consultants.
- Identifying problem areas and proposing solutions for each cash business unit _specialty_ and assist consultants’ to overcome their specific challenges.
- Following up the medical network manual and reporting procedures (daily, weekly and monthly) and monitoring cash patient’s satisfaction feedback and hospital service quality.
- Work on the prospective specialties and doctors (planning, contracting, activating and follow up) to expand the consultant’s base for long term cash referrals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve their goals through making a new contract with the corporate recommended doctors and monitoring the adding value to assure efficient and active medical network.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Preferably to be GUC, MSA, MIU, BUE Graduates.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Communications, offline and online Marketing, digital marketing, and Mega Events and Conferences.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
