Job Description
- Lead and follow up the team to achieve the selling target of the items with profitability.
- Develop a sales team to reach the required level through evaluation, training and advice.
- Improve communication among sales team members through the usual means of communication from meetings and sharing views (team composition and constructive).
- Ensuring that the company's policy is implemented in pharmacies by adhering to permanent awareness, follow-up and reports.
- Follow up the productivity of goods, items and transfers between branches to reach the optimum stock.
- Follow-up and management of items that are nearing validity to reduce the rate of return of expired items.
- ·Oversee the branches in the region in terms of quality of work and accuracy of performance, and carry out periodic visits to these branches.
- Holding periodic meetings with branch managers to follow up the progress of work and find optimal solutions to the obstacles of work in the branch.
- Submit the periodic reports to the operation director.
- Coordination and cooperation with the Procurement and Transportation Section to facilitate the timely and appropriate access of the species.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to make suitable offers to move the stock.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to analyze customer feedback to upgrade the service.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical science.
- Any of Leadership, Management, Sales courses is plus.
- 5+ "3+ years as pharmacist 2+ years in supervisory role (Area Manager)"
- Arabic (native)
- English (Excellent)
- 7 hours from 6 days weekly
