Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for the business for existing services to ensure agreed services are being delivered to requirements and business end user expectations and satisfaction levels are met;
- Reports to the NBS IT EUX Service Delivery Manager MENA & Turkey for the day-to-day performance of all EUX and infrastructure services used or hosted by the sites;
- Ensures consistencies in working practices and adherence to Novartis and ISRM policies and standards;
- Acts as the single focal point of contact for any local EUX & infrastructure issues (e.g. LAN, Data Center facilities, server operations, telephony, service desk support, laptops and desktops deployments, local printer management, etc.);
- Ensures IT EUX Financials goals are met.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems or comparable education/ experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT EUX and infrastructure management, including project management, service management, vendor management;
- Solid understanding of the overall technical environment of the company;
- Firm knowledge of ITIL, IT strategy and architectural standards;
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills;
- Good verbal, written and communication skills;
- Strong customer relationship management experience;
- Capability of working in an international environment with virtual and remotely located teams;
- Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken) and the local language.
