Job Description
- Participate in setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing communication strategies.
- Handle all communication for our social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Create and develop FAQs sheet, and updated it if needed
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
- Build community throughout digital platforms, and relationships with customers, potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
- Handle communication if needed with external parties related to digital media.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Language: Very good English is mandatory.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience with the same title preferably in a mobile phone industry.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events).
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
