Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Conduct detailed surveys on the customer’s site to identify requirements.
- Convert customers inquire into the right technical solutions.
- Meet with end users to better understand their requirements if necessary.
- Generate Bill of Materials.
- Develop and conduct presentations and proof of concept demonstrations for potential customers in coordination with the sales account management team.
- Conduct gap analysis for the clients’ requirements so as to ensure a proper understanding of their actual needs.
- Translate clients’ needs and requirements into customized solutions and collaborative efforts and specialties to come up with one whole integrated solution.
- Develop competitive technical offers and proposals with a well-defined scope of work to potential customers.
- Closely work with sales manager to report work progress and consult him on technical issues.
- Design solutions blocks in collaboration with vendors and present the same to the customer.
- End Results: Convert sales inquiries into the right technical solutions and present them to the customer.
- Conduct continuous research on new technologies and solutions to keep abreast knowledge of the latest trends in the company field of work.
Job Requirements
- University graduate of Computer Science is preferable.
- Strong IT and Cisco background
- Technical Cisco knowledge
- Cisco Certified
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
