Job Description
- Receive Daily telephone calls & greet visitors & clients.
- Help Human Resources Department in arranging interviews appointments.
- Treat patients and consultants, either inside the clinic or by phone, and respond to their inquiries.
- Reservation of appointments according to the applicable schedule in accordance with the rules set in the reservation system.
- Processing all patient files in the beginning of the clinic and delivery to nursing.
- Return to the booking system to confirm if the patient is a case for detection or follow-up.
- Inform the new patients of the services provided in the clinics and ensure that they have a list of consultants and services provided in clinics.
- Put all messages addressed to doctors in their files with confirmation of delivery as
- Receiving cash and managing cash record on the system.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
- Document and process patients' requests on the system and issue the test name tag.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree-Fresh Grads
- Very good English
- Ready to work AM and PM shifts.
- Highly Presentable.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Medical Background is preferable.
