Job Description
- Manage the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end close
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations
- Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Maintain fixed asset records and ensure proper depreciation is recorded
- Assist with audits and other financial reviews
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Stay up-to-date with accounting trends and changes in regulations
Job Requirements
- Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
