- Encouraging customers to purchase services and products using a script designed to indicate important parts of what the company offers as a preliminary measure .
- Use phone calls when necessary to build a customer relationship or answer any questions that have not been addressed in the script .
- Advise potential and existing customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about the products they want to buy.
- Updating database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect customer information.
- Following organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
- Good knowledge of the call center or sales basis.
