Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Provide specification and product evaluation.
- Provide solutions to product related issues that develop during production.
- Provide assistance on quality issues and look for root causes for continuous improvement.
- Improve existing products to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Manage information resources and technology to generate product ideas.
- Develop new products and test new products.
- Coordinate with suppliers on specifications and materials requirements.
- Coordinate with customers on specifications and product requirements.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in ٍScience, pharmacy or Agriculture .
- Equivalent experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively & efficiently in a high volume, fast pace environment.
- Demonstrated organization skills/ability to keep exact and detailed records.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building relationships, keeping others pro-actively informed.
