Job Description

  • Manage attendance, annuals, excuses, one- to- one meetings, and appraisals for security teams, office boys and the runner.
  • Manage company’s assets by managing the company’s store containing all office equipment, in addition to providing employees with needed equipment.
  • Transporting office equipment to/from the company among our premises.
  • Communicate with food and beverages companies to provide ECCO with water filters, and kitchen needs.
  • Handle and solve any harassment cases or robbery.
  • Responsible for implementing the set up for new Sites.
  • In case of visits ensure cleanness of the company, and responsible for the catering when needed.
  • Communicate with insecticide company to provide ECCO with insecticides regularly.
  • Make sure the facility is kept secure and that the last users are closing windows, turning out lights, locking doors, and securing equipment.
  • Responsible for inventory stock.
