Job Description
- Support in reorganizing the filing system.
- Set in order the documentation relevant to each department.
- Support in creating a new filing system to preserve the company’s documents.
- Work with the team to review, filter and scan the documents under the supervision of the sector supervisor to ready for uploading in the new archive software system.
