Job Description
- Review the non-conformities raised from the regionals' visits, internal audits and analyze them to define the main reasons and work on solving them.
- Review the corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPAs) and their status to make the concerned parties work on solving the root cause of the issue.
- Make regular visits to the warehouses/platforms to confirm the application of the Quality standards in the sites.
- Analyze the records and the reports from the branches to confirm good documentation practices are applied practices to confirm the documents compliance with implementation.
- Plan an auditing program for all ibnsina sites to detect the non-conforming points in ibnsina system and operational processes.
- Implement, review and improve the auditing material to have an updated list resembles the reality.
- Assure that the auditors follow the planned auditing program to confirm the formal inspection on the system and operational processes.
- Review the audit reports done by the auditors and analyze them to highlight the repeated non-conforming points and work on solving the root cause.
- Conduct the assigned internal audits/visits according the internal audit program and accordingly write the reports to confirm that the system and the operational processes comply with the quality requirements.
- Participate in the external audits and make a report to confirm the implementations of the points raised from the external audit.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility
Job Requirements
- University degree in any scientific field.
- 4 - 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance of which 2 years at least in the same position.
- Good User of MS office.
- Organized and Follow up.
- Negotiation, Problem solving and Communication skills.
- Managing and leadership skills
- Very good command of English language.
