About the Job

Receive the Customer order and putting them on the system.
Face and dealing with problems related and dealing with the planning, production and W. house departments and following up the production.
Follow up the product storage stock and communicating with sales team to solve stock problems to keep storage percentage within limits.
Follow up with the client after shipping in anticipation for any complaint.
Follow up the products shipping to the customer on time and with the full quantity.
Receive customers’ complaints and registering them on system and following them with the respective parties to their end.
Follow Up with customers’ approval for new designs.
