Job Description
- Maintain overall Site Performance.
- Responsible of key vendors’ daily reporting.
- Monthly Vendor Assessment, and monthly dashboard.
- Responsible of Quarterly Meeting with all key Vendors.
- Support Marketing Team in preparation for marketing activities
- Handle complaints and make follow-up calls or visits ((if needed)) to clients.
- Perform various tasks including, report automation, technical training, premium Listing, Vendor reactivation project, inventory management...etc.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in operations/compliance or analysis based job
- Presentable
- Fluency in English and Arabic language.
- Advanced knowledge of MS especially Excel.
- Advanced Communication, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Attention to details skills.
- Willingness to make business visits to other cities besides Cairo
- Awareness of Geo-fencing and using location / GPS apps
