Job Description
- Providing technical support and solving other computer problems at Sheraton & Mostord Branches.
- Follow-up with telecom company in case of problems with the company's internal network or internet
- Follow-up the state of inks of the printers and ensure the backup of the inks
- Work location Sheraton office and the visit of the Mostord branch if needed.
- Follow-up with human resources department in case of new staff and their needs.
- Receiving the usual devices and telephone lines in case of employees discharge.
- Informing the head office about any problems in the operating programs.
- Follow-up the purchases for the computers (mouse-key board .... etc
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- From 1 to 2 years experience in supporting of information systems.
- Have an MCSE certificate
- CCNA certification is a plus
