About the Job
- Examine the system to identify any issues or areas of development and follow up on the implementation of the recommended solutions and improvements of the system to ensure they are running efficiently and according to the standards
- Process and maintain periodic reports of employees data records as well as ad hoc reports
- Administer the database of the HR system to facilitate the work flow
- Create Monthly Headcount along with making sure to continuous update the status of all employees.
- Handle Employees leaves, permissions and updating the system with those data.
- Review and update the employees data on the HR system to ensure that they are accurate and updated
- Perform continuous system maintenance and troubleshoot any problem that might arise
- Ensure backups are performed to avoid data loss
