Job Description
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
- We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our employees. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our employees install applications and programs.
- Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. You will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of computer engineering /communication / computer science
- Experience from 1-3 years in same field
- Courses: CCNA –Preferred certified
- MCSA Preferred certified
- Have knowledge in administrator mikrotik
- Have knowledge support windows ,Linux, mac
- Have knowledge in firewall management
- Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
