About the Job
  • Support day-to-day purchasing operations
  • Provide daily assistance to the Purchasing Manager to help ensure that all purchase requests are processed timely and in accordance with current purchasing policies.
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Obtain timely approval of invoices and code and enter invoices accurately.
Job Requirements
  • Communicating well and clearly with others
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify a problem and find solution
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Very Good in English
  • Very Good in Ms. Office
  • Any Relevant bachelor Degree
