- Facilitates the implementation of SAP CRM module to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
- Customizing the respective business area and making sure the system reacts in the manner according to the constraints of the requested use case.
- Investigate and solve technical problems.
- Develop necessary modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Takes care that proper training is given to the users and that the system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct.
