Job Description
Digital Marketing Tasks:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Understands search engine optimization (SEO) and will boost our digital post with specific keywords.
- Social media management - Overall responsibility for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Google+, YouTube), including content and identification of new opportunities for engagement and one to one interaction.
- Create standalone social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and with individual product/service/solution marketing plans and campaigns.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize Bloom pages within each platform to increase the visibility of Bloom social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Marketing Tasks:
- Implementing plans for the advertising and marketing of company products.
- Implement promotional packages and campaigns including the use of advertising material, SMS, and blogs.
- Develops ideas or plans for merchandise displays or window decorations.
- Selects themes, lighting, colors, or props to be used.
- Arranges properties, furniture, merchandise, backdrops, or other accessories, as shown in prepared sketches.
- Responsible for brand management and corporate identity.
Job Requirements
- Females Only.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration preferably Marketing section.
- Previous experience in digital advertising is a must.
- Previous experience in displaying is a plus.
- Previous experience in graphic design is a plus.
- Proficiency in the Arabic and English language is a must.
