Main Job Duties:
- Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems .
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance
- Manages the contract administrations function as it relates to maintenance/operations/ Security system/ Servers/ Transportation and ....etc.
- Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
- Manages all activities (either personally initiated or through subordinates) related to the maintenance of the facilities, office equipment and systems.
- Adhere to policies and regulations.
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance
- Organize and supervise other office activities
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management or any relevant discipline.
- Preferably substantial experience in the manufacturing field.
- Have a good interpersonal relationship and communication skills both in oral and written.
- Have a possess an outstanding managerial skill.
- Must has been good decision makers, analytical and logical.
- Must have been the knowledge and skills include good leadership skills.
- Can give good motivations to every worker to do their best at work.
- Preferably having a car.
- Preferably nearby residence.
