Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and implement content aligned with the communication strategy over all channels (social media, blog and App store)
- Research trends and find ways to ride the wave
- Engage with the community on social media
- Work remotely with the Designer to align Copywriting and Visuals for social media and blog content
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to provide a better service to the community
- Has a good knowledge of our product to provide a minimum service as Customer Support.
Job Requirements
- Has 3 years of experience at least in Social Media Management for accounts
- Correct and fluent written and spoken Arabic and English
- Able to provide official monthly invoices
- Competencies and personal traits
- Excellent communication skills
- Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Competent and strong
- Pro-active and takes initiative
